Unable to load the ‘Softaculous auto installer’ page from cPanel (0 Replies, Read 80 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Hello, I’ve set up a new hosting account, but I can’t access the Softaculous app installer page. I’m not sure if this is an issue others are experiencing, so I’d like to find out if it’s a problem on my end or something more widespread. The message on the page reads: "Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes and then retry." If anyone has a solution, I’d really appreciate it. If not, I’ll just wait for it to be resolved. Thanks!
