 NAT IP Addresses, NAT IP Address issues (1 Replies, Read 2216 times)

We are running Softaculous Premium on HSphere, our HSphere is running a NAT IP through the file ips-map.xml.
Softaculous will only work if Softaculous master file has the internal IP address, but the following links do not work.
- Under Logical Servers - Admin Softaculous
- Softaculous User Page - Logout
- Softaculous User Page - Go to Control Panel

The only link that is working is the HSphere user page link to open Softaculous.
I tried changing the master file to point to the DNS of the server instead of the IP, but then the software doesn't work at all.

Anyone have a resolution for this?

Resolved with some assistance from a fellow HSphere user.

Used these commands:

cd /usr/local/softaculous/
head -c -1 master > master.2
cp master.2 master

All links are working now, except the admin link, but we can live without it.
