Hi,

Sir it seems that you are using the Softaculous Enduser Panel. The above utility is to Import installations from Softaculous Admin Panel.
However to Import the installations from Enduser Panel
Click on the Synchronize link on the top right corner of the Softaculous Enduser Panel. You will get a list of installations that can be Imported and you can import your installation from there.
