Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	I recently added a new account to our cpanel. Then I logged in as the user, and selected Softaculous to install WHMCS for that domain. We have a license for WHMCS. It says it is installed but we are unable to go to domain/whmcs/admin Is there a step missed? Also nothing shows up when going to domain/whmcs/ thanks!

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5805 Status:	Hi, Sir Ioncube is not enabled on your server hence WHMCS is not working as it requires Ioncube enabled on your server.
