We are running H-Sphere and we have a problem when trying to use softaculous. It seems to work fine under all reseller end user accounts but it fails with this error "ERROR IN SHIFTING TO USER LEVEL" when trying to use on tier 1 end user accounts. I have seen in the forums some others who have the same issue in Plesk but did not find any solution. Can you help us to resolve this issue?

As of now we have 3 servers lic and plan to lic about 4 more but can not proceed till we fix this.
