just noticed this problem in the cron
(in the browser softaculous is working)

php /usr/local/softaculous/cron.php
PHP Fatal error:  The file /usr/local/softaculous/cron.php cannot be decoded
by this version of the ionCube Loader.
If you are the administrator of this site
then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader.

centos 6.8
PHP 5.6.30 (cli)
(also running php 7.0 and 7.1)
