 Backups file not found, Backups can't download (1 Replies, Read 2580 times)

Hi.
When I try to download backups from  Softaculous in cpanel i get a file not found error in three of my four cpanel accounts. Anyone have a solution to this?
The backups are in the  Softaculous backup directory
