Hi, everyone!
I turned my Moodle installation from one server into a softaculous template.
I then downloaded it to my PC.
I'm now trying to use it to install the same Moodle version on another server.
I manually added it into the softaculous_templates folder with the file explorer.
It showed up but when trying to restore it, I get this error:
Unable to open in read mode '/home/[hidden name]/softaculous_templates/template-old-install.tar.gz'
There was some error while unzipping the template files
What am I supposed to do?
