 Hosts File Issues, Hosts file not automatically updated when option is checked - Windows 7 (3 Replies, Read 10159 times)

Hello,

I am on version 1.7 latest and my hosts file is not automatically updated on add or delete. There are two things I wanted to know:

1. Does there need to be special permissions for a certain user on the hosts file, ampps never asked for admin access.

2. Does there need to be a line in the hosts file that ampps will add content under, or perhaps a section?
