 ionCube Loader problem on client cPanel, ionCube Loader has enabled from server and softaculous works fine within the server machine. but why not on my client cPanel. (5 Replies, Read 23850 times)

Somebody please help me.. I have installed softaculous on my host server successfully.. but, why my client cannot access softaculous from their cPanel.I'm using cPanel 11. I have enabled IonCube from Tweak Setting.

This error message shown in my client cpanel.
Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/main/functions.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

But, it works fine on my server machine..Thank you for the respond.
