Hello,
I recently did a backup and a Joomla
update through my cPanel Softaculous. I received an error that I
couldn't rectify, so I reinstalled my backed up file. Now, I can't log
in as an administrator anymore, I receive the following errors:

Now I understand, that the file is missing and I've even
created one, but I need something to put in it so I can log in and
disable JCE.
I've even tried disabling the file/s by renaming
them (I say them, because the error message changes a few times along
the way, so I rename the next file as well), but this still didn't get
me into the backend.
Can anyone help?
