Apache Keeps Restarting

Apache Keeps Restarting, Windows 7 64 Bit (5 Replies, Read 17346 times)

But when I view the task manager, there is one instance of httpd.exe that stays running and another that keeps starting, then stopping and restarting again in a loop. The ampps admin or home will not load.
