Let's help the others
Hi all. Hope you all are doing well today.
I really love Webuzo and would like to 'report' (I feel the word 'notify' is more suitable for this situation) something weird.

After using Webuzo 2.1.6, the services in my VPS often stopped unexpectedly. Few services which failed to start are PHP-FPM and NGINX (yes I didn't use Apache).
It stopped almost daily and I have to start it manually.

I have done basic testing such as:
- restarting Webuzo by using "service webuzo restart" and webuzo restarted nicely as expected but Nginx and PHP-FPM will be back at their last condition. If it is stopped then it would reamain stopped while webuzo restart. If it is running while webuzo restarted, ti will run nicely too.
- Sometime starting nginx and php-fpm via "Webuzo service panel" is not possible. However, "restarting" it seems working nicely.

I have no idea why both Nginx and Php-FPM stopped working after more than 24 hours. I think it maybe have something to do with the traffic or server configuration.
While looking at the traffic (including bots/other access), it seems my site only get lower traffic. Plus, I look at the hits, resources consumption, any in/out traffic and it looks the services (nginx and php-FPM) 'die' not because of the traffic.
I was thinking maybe it is server issue or has something to do with the OS.
I have re-installed both webuzo and Centos (32 and 64, I tried both of them) and the problem persist.

I didn't think it is a bug but I think writing in 'Bug' section is more suitable than in 'support' forum . (I was thinking support forum is only if the user need "support"). Just sharing my experience while using the latest webuzo on production sites.

I was thinking using cronjob to start both services (nginx and php-fpm) is good idea but then I think it is better to notify staff about my experience.

By the way, I see the demo (http://demo.webuzo.com/enduser/) return an error: "HTTP Error 503: The requested service is unavailable"
Yes, that is what I got every time WebServer stopped working (both nginx and php-fpm failed to start but Webuzo is still running fine).
The reason why I write this is because I think the staff may aware about Nginx or other service stopped unexpectedly almost daily.
If anyone using Webuzo and didn't get teh error maybe there is something wrong with my VPS/server. If that is what was happen, just ignore this thread. :)
