I have a ticket update on 3 December 2015 (last my message) and is not yet updated.
What I have to think? How can I have a reply?
Also now I opened yesterday 14/12/2015 a ticket with max priority regarding a security Issue. Today staff was active but ticket has no reply yest and it's good wait but as I see I have other ticket without reply since 4 December I Am afraid about that.
I need fix a security issue right now so your support are very precious.
I can't post here in the forum as you can understand because is public and is not the right place where put my tickets ID or info.
