 IP as server for mySQL (4 Replies, Read 2821 times)

I am having an error with the automatic installations pulling the server IP address for the MySQL host instead of using the localhost which has been set up. this seems to effect my clients, but not myself.

As such when trying to perform an install, the user gets an error stating the MySQL server could not be contacted.

How to correct it so that it comes up as localhost at all times instead of the IP address?

I am using Interworx
