After restarting my server I tried to access webuzo panel and it can't be accessed but other sites working fine on my server CentOS "Nginx + phpfpm"

I tried to restart webuzo panel via a command line which is

Code

service webuzo restart

but i got
Code

webuzo: unrecognized service

so I tried to restart Nginx and Php-fpm individually

and here is output of this processes

Code
service nginx restart
Stopping nginx: [ OK ]
Starting nginx: [ OK ]

trying to restart php-fpm

Code

service php-fpm restart
Stopping php-fpm: [ OK ]
Starting php-fpm: [12-Jan-2016 17:53:59] WARNING: [pool index] listen.backlog(-1) was too low for the ondemand process manager. I updated it for you to 128.
