HI There
I am just using a trial version of softaculous and have just installed Wordpress using cpanel. However I want to add qawoocommerce plugin but when I go into the backoffice admin and plugins and select any plugin I am asked for ftp details.
Is there a reason why the plugins cannot be added in the normal way ie just downloaded or is this a feature of either softaculous or cpanel?
I have other websites on normal hosting and you just select a plugin and it downloads - no bother with ftp.
