I posted a high priority ticket about this 3 days ago and got nothing but 2 useless replys, instead of them actually fixing the issue.

I have multiple VPS down which I can't do anything with, not even migrate to another server and 100s of customers websites and emails down which is killing my business.

Unfortunately it is beyond me so I am looking for help.

I would pay for premium support but I have asked so many times before and they don't do it. Instead they just release new products like sitemash instead of dealing with their support issues.

This is my grub.conf where I have tried changing the default loadup kernal from 0-4 and restarted my server 5 times but I keep on getting the same issue. So I guess for some strange reason the grub.conf doesn't have the xen loader on there, but I don't know what to do about it. Last thing I want is to reboot the server and for it not to come back online.

Code
# grub.conf generated by anaconda

# Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file

Any help booting into the correct kernal would be very much appreciated and even willing to pay someone to be able to fix it for me.

Thanks
