 Webuzo install failed, Message says that installation was successful, but no (2 Replies, Read 15019 times)

I am a noob to Webuzo. I did search the forum but did not find an answer to my problem.

I have tried this multiple times.

I run install.sh on my system. After some time - maybe 10 minutes - I receive a message saying "Webuzo is now available..." - something like that and that I can reach it at 75.98.169.24:2004, I think. That IP never works. I can, however, reach the installation screen at 162.249.2.19:2004.

I run the install and receive the notification shown in the screenshot.

When I try to access either address, Admin or user, I get the 50x error in the second screenshot.

What am I missing? Thanks!

Hi dartagnan,

Can you check via SSH if you are facing any errors while restarting the service?

If no errors are reported then, please open a support ticket in the Webuzo department.

Hello nikhil.m,

This is what I see in ssh:

Quote
service virtualizor start
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl start  virtualizor.service
Failed to issue method call: Unit virtualizor.service failed to load: No such file or directory.


Is that the correct command? If so, I will open a ticket as you requested. If it is not the right command, please tell me what that is.
