Can not Upgrade to 4.8, PHP errors (4 Replies, Read 1011 times)

I tried to execute CRON command of ... /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php But my cpanel says I am not allowed to use the program (crontab) Is there a way to get around this and upgrade? any help is really appreciated...
