 Can't access my site, Hi team (1 Replies, Read 7702 times)

I have problem with access my panel after the server is restart

before can't access the panel my site is eventually down by itself. I have try to restart the Webuzo service in the centos but there nothing change

My service is hosted in Vultr and they are suck than digital ocean

with the bigger size server there server is run worse than digital ocean

please some one help

Hi,

Can you check whether the following ports are open on your server.
This normally happens when the server restarts. We request you to open
the following ports:
2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 21, 22, 25, 53, 80, 143, 443 and 3306

You can refer to the below guide on how to open the ports for Centos:

You can refer to the below guide on how to open the ports for uBuntu:
https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/firewall.html
