Hello Sir, yesterday only i purchased a VPS and Free ip. but while i try to purchase a new premium softaculous i got error ..already this ip using free version..please add that license key..

i dnt know last time who using that.

please help us to purchase new license

Hi,

You can get the existing License Key assigned to your IP by installing Softaculous on your server and then accessing Softaculous admin panel.

Once you find the license key you can add it to your account here :
https://www.softaculous.com/clients?ca=add

After adding the license you can renew the license using the license key on the purchase page :
https://www.softaculous.com/clients?ca=buy

If you still face the issue please PM me your server IP.
