I just finished setup Webuzo on our Dedicated Server but it seems MySql is down and unable to bring it up. I have looked into error log, here is what I saw

When you install Webuzo no other software application should be present.

How you installed Mysql? From Webuzo Panel?
You can try to go in Services and see if there are Mysql service.
If NOT you can try to follow this guide:
https://www.webuzo.com/wiki/How_to_Create_and_Manage_MySQL_Databases

If you click on Manage Database it require to install Mysql?

If issue persist you can try to do SSH command:

service webuzo restart


IF all this doesn't solve you need wait for Webuzo support on Monday.

Hi,

Can you please check if the port 3306 is open on your server? If not can you please open the port. You can check the port status here:
http://ping.eu/port-chk/

If the port is closed please open the port and than try to restart the mysqld service. Your issue should resolve.

I suppose you opened it on ticket previously but due to some reasons its still not working correctly. We would love to resell your service but you have to fix the issues on the panel.
