Hi, I'm migrating from Plesk and I'm using Cloudflare to resolve the domains. So far so good, site is working with https properly.

Since Cloudflare replaces the server's SSL cert with its own COMODO certificate, we can no longer see when our Let's Encrypt certificate will expire.

Question 1: How do we check our certificate expiration date?
Question 2: Will Webuzo auto-update the cert when it has expired, or do we have to manually renew it? In this case, how do we renew it?

All my Let's Encrypt certs renew automatically through Webuzo.  I believe automatic renewal is a default setting.
