I bought a new key instead of renewing my existing one. I removed the license from my account but still cannot add the IP of my server to the new license. Still says that the IP is in use. How do I proceed. I have customers waiting.
We have transferred the validity from the license you purchased to your license which you are using on your server and have also assigned this license to your account.
Please click on the Refresh License link in Softaculous admin panel to refresh the license.
