 Could not login with specified FTP details, Unable to login via FTP to remote server (WordPress) (1 Replies, Read 3376 times)

I'm trying to do a remote import of a website I manage from my old server to my new one, but I cannot get Softaculous to successfully log in to the old server.

I have checked every setting, followed every step in the Wiki to a 'T', confirmed that the FTP user does exist, does have access, and I'm using the right password (FTP connection works fine in Coda and Cyberduck). I've tried multiple different logins.

I keep getting this error:

"The following errors were found :
Could not login with specified FTP details"

That's all it says. I've gone everything 100 times. How do I get this to work?

Are you entering the FTP details of your source server i.e. from where you want to import the installation ?
