Drupal update is very late

Drupal update is very late, When a new version of drupal is announced Softacoulos is not aware of it for a few days (3 Replies, Read 3620 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	Hi, I have druapl installaed via softacoulos. I did all my updates from one minor release to another via softacoulos. However recently, and especially for the new releases linked with security, I need to patch my system asap. When a new version is announced by drupal on their website, a message appears in my drupal installation prompting me to upgrade to the latest version. However, softacoulos is not aware for a few days of the latest update. The new releases for security must be applied asap, therefore the few days delay is much too much. Is there a way to force softacoulos to check the latest version of Drupal? I checked in the settings of Softacoulos and couldn't find any parameter, I was hoping for one defining the frequency of checking for new versions, or a manual trigger to check for new versions...
