I want to use WHMCS + Softaculous to install Wordpress whenever I create new CPanel/WHM accounts.
Every time I get the following error:
PHP Code The following errors occured : a:1:{s:10:"softdomain";s:55:"The path of the domain you selected could not be found.";}
Other people have posted in this forum about this problem but have not received a proper answer. I do understand that this error is saying that the domain is not in the account but I don't understand WHY it is not in the account.
I am NOT registering or transferring domains, I am using domains that I already own but which have not been used on this server before.
Following the instructions word for word, I add a new order by specifying the Product/Service, the Domain, the Registration Type (none!) and the order Status (pending).
I then create the account by pressing the Create button from within the order page, as shown in the instructions but this only results in the CPanel account being created, the public_html contains no files whatsoever and no database has been created.
The normal Softaculous installs WordPress without any problems but what I need is the WHMCS integration.
SO, the error suggests that Softaculous is failing to find the domain because it does not understand that this is a newly created account. Is there any way to make it understand that the domain is new? Is there any way to establish the domain first and then carry out the install?
