Page Layer Contact Form, Not all the fields populate (1 Replies, Read 1410 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Dear Support i recently purchased Page layer for www.ljproductions.co.uk. I have an issue with the contact form; the subject on the contact page doesn't populate. There is no subject or name. What can I do to correct this issue? I had sent an email to support regarding this issue. I wonder whether you can help me fix this issue. Thank you. Regards
