Hi everyone,

I'd be truly grateful to know the steps to follow to export a WordPress site made in AMPPS on my Mac to a live server. I cannot find the procedure anywhere. Not in a fashion that I can understand, anyway!

I wonder, in particular, about changing the database name, username and password to something more secure on the live server. 

What are the steps involved in this, please?
