Error restoring from backup on Drupal site, Drupal 6.0 to Drupal 6.2 update (9 Replies, Read 6965 times)

Group: NOC Post Group: Newbie Posts: 8 Status:	Hi, Got a customer that did a backup of his addon domain and drupal 6.0 installation. Everything went fine, but after when he did the update in softaculous from drupal 6.0 to 6.2 the page stopped working. Then he did try to restore the backup, but only got this error: The following errors were found : There was some error while unzipping the backup files ----What can be wrong? Have seen this error before, but then softaculous corrected this.... Is this a known bug? Also; where can I find the softaculous logs that shows more of the error?

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 5 Status:	Yes they did. And to test it I deleted it and restored it using their back up and it works. The only problem I currently face is I am unable to update the Drupal to V7.22
