 Database error on backup, Database error on backup (1 Replies, Read 1059 times)

The data base login and password are correct. I had to Migrate my DA to new SSDs. It appears that the HDs I have all backups going to that the Softaculous backup folder or user subfolders now does not have the permissions needed to work for a backup. I set the top folder t0 admin:admin , but would I need to reconfigure the user subfolders? I cannot seem to find any documentation on that.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Did you set a custom path for Softaculous backups from Softaculous admin panel -> Settings page

If yes then please re-check if the path is still correct after migration.

Also IF you have set a custom path for backup please make sure that the backup path folder is writable to all users i.e. 0777

If Not then you do not need to set it writable to all.
