ConcreteCMS username/password problem? (3 Replies, Read 2336 times)

I'm not sure if this is a Softaculous problem or a ConcreteCMS issue, but I have a web hosting at Xetnet.fi and they have Softaculous 5.8.3 version which I accessed through cPanel. I installed ConcreteCMS 9.0.2 which was very uneventful and easy. But after installation, the login worked for the first time but on the next day, the password didn't work which I copy-pasted from the Installation info screen. Luckily I didn't get to play around with the tool a lot and I solved it by reinstalling ConcreteCMS again and it worked. Any issues with the 9.0.2 version of ConcreteCMS or another issue that might cause it? I'm running PHP 7.4.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	The problem didn't occur again after I reinstalled! I'm not sure what went wrong. Is there a way to access the password and change it through the database if it might happen again? My hosting has cPanel and phpmyadmin available.
