[HELP] Softaculous can't find fantastico instalation (2 Replies, Read 2730 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	I migrate customer website from another server which only have fantastico.... My Server only have softaculous with premium license... i read another thread on this forum, that softaculous only need .fantasticodata directory.. and i check that directory are exist and Joomla_1.5 directory also exist with information about script installed... but why softaculous can't find the joomla installed by fantastico ? If i login to cpanel with client password & select syncronize, it show empty list.. If i login to administrator (whm), and import, it show message that No scripts to import! what should i do ? Please help... Thank you ?

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	i found the answer by myself.... it because i forgot to enable joomla from the admin side.... buy premium license does not auto enable all script... but you need to enable manualy from whm... please close this thread..

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5716 Status:	Hi, Sir if it was a free license and then you purchased Softaculous than in that case only 59 scripts will be enabled due to the previous free license.
