DirectAdmin v1.33.7 (SSL) update via Softaculous Panel failed with write permissions. Updated via shell following docs/install_direct_admin instructions.
The following code is displayed navigating to the admin panel.

Sir you upgraded using Shell or the Admin Panel.
This should not happen anyways.

Please use the install_softaculous.php file again and it will just add the missing files.

Unfortunately, I confirm - this problem occured while upgrading Softacoulus from 1.9 to 2.0 via panel AND via shell install_softaculous.php file.

I've tried to uninstall 1.9 and install 2.0 again on clean system, but I got the same error code.

System: Debian 4 @ VPS, DirectAdmin 1.33.7, Softaculous 1.9

I upgraded via shell as the panel upgrade failed.
Code
cd /usr/local/directadmin/plugins
wget -N http://www.softaculous.com/da/install_softaculous.php
chmod 755 install_softaculous.php
/usr/local/bin/php /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/install_softaculous.php

The issue persists after reinstall. Thank you for your time and effort.
I apologize I forgot to add that we are running CentOS 5.3 (2.6.18-128.7.1.el5PAE).

The file /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/enduser/globals.php doesn't exist, it should be /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/images/globals.php in /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/admin/index.php

Quick solution before Softaculous Team do some changes in coded index.php file:

Sorry guys we have updated the mistake.
The DA Programmer accidentally used the cPanel files for DA.

The fix is to simply run the install_softaculous.php file after deleting the Softaculous files or just replace these two files attached here in the :
/usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/images

I have this message, when I want to upgrade From DirectAdmin :

The following Errors were found :
           
  • There were some errors while updating to the latest version. The Logs of the Update Process are given below. Please try updating after sometime.

root> php /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/cron.php
