 Cant get premium as IP license used (8 Replies, Read 3727 times)

Hello,

I have the interworx control panel. The free license is already setup.
I attempted to purchase the premium to get joomla and phpbb (to name a few), but it tells me that my IP (server IP) is already assigned to a license. My account does not show any licenses. How do I get around this?

Hi,

In "My Licenses" there is a Add License Form.
Enter the license key of your free license.
Then purchase a premium license with that license.

:D Cool that solved that problem.

Now what do I need to do to get so other scripts are installed? Interworx admin still showing "Free" version. Do i need to install something to move up to premium after?

Hi,

Please refer this help page:
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/immediate_update

You can then select all scripts from the SOftaculous Admin Panel -> Sofware.

Ok I've got the admin updated and it now shows "Premium" I had to use the interworx php to run the cron job with ioncube  ~iworx/bin/php

But I still don't see the premium list included in software. When I select the checkboxes and click update - it does nothing but go through the list of free ones with green check marks. Sorry if this is a total noob question but I guess I am missing something.

How many software does it show ticked in the Software Tab ?

About 50 something. The same scripts that were available with the free version.

Please chmod to 0777 the following files and then run CRON:
/usr/local/softaculous/enduser/iscripts.php

After this please run cron:
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/immediate_update

Well that worked.  Appears Interworx version isn't 100% ready yet if one has to do this. I wonder if the cron job is even running...
