 Cant get premium as IP license used (8 Replies, Read 4456 times)

Hello,

I have the interworx control panel. The free license is already setup.
I attempted to purchase the premium to get joomla and phpbb (to name a few), but it tells me that my IP (server IP) is already assigned to a license. My account does not show any licenses. How do I get around this?
