i have this problem when i try to enter with my whm
the ioncube is installed and working  in my server
i dont understand what happend
:cry:
Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/main/functions.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

Hi,

Please enable it in WHM -> Tweak Settings.
This could be because of a cPanel upgrade or a PHP rebuild.

Hello i have also problem with softaculous, when i click on my whm > plugins > softaculous i get blank page. My ioncube is loaded and until yesterday every thing worked just fine.

Any idea?

p.s i have tryed also to rebuild the php via command line :neu:

also tried

1. /scripts/makecpphp

then

/scripts/phpextensionmgr install IonCubeLoader


the manually checked php.ini in correct location - checked php.info - ioncube is loaded but

STILL blank screen inside WHM and cpanel

so please any other solutions here ?

and yes ioncube is marked inside tweak settings

attached the info php of cpanel´s php!

I add this problem too. I reinstalled softaculous and it works fine ;-)
