 LAZARUS does not install correctly (5 Replies, Read 5105 times)

I have installes the guest book LAZARUS already 3 times. It installs, but the questbook form keeps looping back to an empty guestbook form. I have left a message in the developers forum as well.
the guestbook is installed at www.salamon.net/lazarus/
any suggestions?
