Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 6 Status:	Dear Madam / Sir,.still a wonderful idea you had with AMPPS.But there is one more bug:Trying to change the PHP Version AMPPS freezes whether Apachee and MySQL are running or not (see screen shots)..Or am I doing something wrong? The problem is that the very action of clicking on the button labeled "PHP" freezes the whole window as shown in the images of my last post. So the button labeled "Change PHP Version" is frozen as well and therefore inactive. I think the idea of AMPPS is great, because this server software is targeted at people like me which want to do web development and use a worry-free platform. But glitches like that are setting the whole scheme back quite a lot. What do you suggest for me to try? (Currently I'm having AMPPS deinstalled and am using a BitNami stack, but I would gladly choose AMPPS if I could get it to work without any issues.) The data of my computer: OS: Win7 64Bit Professional CPU: intel i7-2670QM 2.2GHz RAM: 8 GB HDD: 640 GB GPU: GeForce GT 540M (2 GB) [At least I learned today that using SHIFT RETURN creates a new line in the textboxes of this forum.] Best regards, Georg Huber
