Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 10 Status:	divij that dosn't make sense for me ... i am currently not using webuzo in productive environment instead i use it for testing purpose only ...i have to install and uninstall many times a day.. i want to know the reason why i am facing this problem so later i can resolve it myself

We will explain your the reason for this and also the solution if you face the issue in future. We have never faced this issue in past hence we need to debug this as we are unable to reproduce the issue on our servers. Group: Member Post Group: Elite Member Posts: 290 Status:	Hi, We were working on your issue and could not reproduce this error on our servers which took time to respond your support ticket. We are sorry for the delay. We also tried to reproduce this error on our test servers but, we could not reproduce such error. This seems to be due some misconfiguration on your server which is restricting certain required packages to be downloaded causing the installer to crash.
