Backup - missing template and installations

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	One of my Joomla websites crashed recently and I need to restore it. I have been taking backup with Softaculous without errors. But when I restored the backup it missed the configuration file. I unzipped the backup myself to look after the file and I could see that a lot of files is missing. Actually it's only the core Joomla site that's backed up. It's missing my own template and all the components i've installed in Joomla. What could it be? File privileges? This is pretty scary, because I have 6-7 websites.
