Softaculous WordPress install in place of old / manuall install? (5 Replies, Read 4647 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 9 Status:	Ok, I'm TOTALLY in love with Softaculous! Just having it for simple WordPress installation and update is WONDERFUL! Here's my question: I have about 10 installs of WP on other sites on my server that has Softaculous. Is there a way to easily overwrite those installs with a softaculous install of WP so I can use softaculous to update all those WP installs vs. doing it manually? I guess I could back everything up, delete the install, install WP through softaculous, then restore everything, but that's a complete and total pain to do. I look forward to hearing from the masters!! Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

I imported my manual install and used Softaculous to upgrade my install. I LOVE YOU AND SOFTACULOUS!!!! Please keep up the great work, especially with the amazingly prompt script updates and super easy install upgrades!!! I LOVE THIS!

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 9 Status:	Ok, all 8 of my sites have had WP imported and updated and it was a TOTAL BREEZE!!! The one button update never worked for me in WP and now I can update all my WP installs with one click on each site... this is just too cool! I've already told all my hosting friends about this great script, but where can I go to post great reviews / 5 star feedback on Softaculous?
