Yes I have one of those too. I have problems with things I manually install to my add on domains. My auto script installations work just fine.

But my self uploaded scripts are not working under my add on domains.

I m not sure if I m using suPHP. I m using free Webuzo.

I ve also made a ticket about with my information too (ID - 899005)
