Hello,

I am having a problem with ioncube. Im not sure whats happening as when i first installed it (a few weeks ago) it was all working fine.

Its already set in WHM and i have tried the rebuild command which rebuilds the WHM/CPANEL php/httpd.

When i go to softaculous i get this error.
Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/index.php
requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be
installed by the site administrator.ror:

Help is appreciated..

Is this error coming up in cPanel or WHM ?

WHM, when trying to install Softaculous!?...

Hi,

If its coming in both then ionCube is not enabled or a cPanel upgrade might have put it off track.
Just disable and re-enable ioncube in Tweak Settings.

I could have sworn i already did that but maybe because i did the build after setting it to none..

Nevertheless it works now :)
