I have emailed your sales/billing department regarding my subscriptions, 2 came out yesterday and only 1 is showing as paid in my licenses. This is expiring today and I have emailed details with proof they are paid. When can I expect to get a reply?
The license that has been paid for but shows on your system as not paid constantly reverts to a free license (and has done so for weeks) whenever the cron updates which means daily I have to click refresh license to get it back to premium and reinstall all the softwares which is becoming a pain, and yes I did uninstall softaculous and reinstall it and it still does it.
