Hello,

After a friend of mine's recommendation I installed Webuzo on my VPS server. And before I did a research on Webuzo and I like it.

However I'm having a problem with it which is "login issue".

I can not login on my.ip:2004 and my.ip:2002 either. I got the error message "The username or password you entered is incorrect". Also when I use forgot password option I get this error message "The email address you submitted is invalid".

My user name, password and e-mail don't seem working although I got an install notification e-mail which includes my login details.

Additionally, I the root details which is explained on Webuzo's Wiki, can not be used because of "username" seems locked and I can't change it.


Any professional help will be greatly appreciated.

Note: I re-installed the OS and several times and did fresh install of Webuzo each time but I struggled with this login issue.

Hi,

I've just found the solution for the issue. I re-set the password for the user which I selected on Webuzo install, via OS management tool, then it's working fine.
