Hello,

i added the right ns1 and ns2 data, right Primary IP and right Primary Domain but on DNS ZONE SETTINGS > Advance DNS Setting is beside ns1 & ns2 the Primary Domain shown and not what i added. The nameser change on GoDaddy are done 4 days back already.

Maybe someone has an idea how to fix this  :xd:

Many Thanks!

mike

Sir once you add the Primary IP, Primary Domain and Nameservers from the Webuzo Admin Panel and hit "Save Settings", the changes will automatically reflect in for all of your domains in your Webuzo Enduser Panel.

The settings in the Webuzo Admin Panel look fine.
However, please make sure you use only lowercase letters.

As for the Advance DNS Settings, you can alter the DNS records for the domains added through Webuzo.
All the records in the image are proper.

Could you please provide more information about your issue ?

Hi,

You can follow this guide to Add DNS Records:

http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Add_DNS_Record

The default settings are all correct. It is recommended that you do not edit the default records.

You can certainly add more records to suit your requirements.

Note : The files are re-built everytime you change the settings from the Webuzo Admin Panel >> NameServers

BDW, which record are you trying to enter ?
