I'm trying to import all existing installations of software installed through Fantastico before removing Fantastico from a server.

The WHM importer manges to import most installations but seems to miss out most, if not all, installations of Joomla or Drupal.

When trying to import from cPanel (when logged in as the relevant user), I get the following error:

"There were some errors while importing the software installed at <domain>"

This doesn't tell me much about what went wrong!

What causes this error and what can I do to import any remaining non-imported installations?
