php_soap.dll and com_dotnet load error, unable to load dll (2 Replies, Read 4766 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 3 Status:	Trying Ampps for the first time. Installed on Windows 7 64bit. When starting, I receive the warning: Quote PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C/Progam Files(x86)/Ampps/php/ext/php_soap.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found. After clicking ok, I then get a warning: Quote Module 'com_dotnet' already loaded Apache actually does start, and I can go to localhost. However, I cannot change PHP versions. After changing PHP version, Apache will not start again.
