 Installation Error, Could not load the Unzip Class! (12 Replies, Read 8341 times)

Hi,

I'm getting the following error while I go to WHM > Plugins  > Softaculous

Could not load the Unzip Class!

allow_url_fopen is On

Could any one please help ?

Can you please try the following command:
root> touch /var/cpanel/usecpphp

Hi,

Your firewall could be preventing the access to our site.
Thats the only possible reason I can see.
Do you have a firewall ?

Yes , there is CSF firewall . I tried after disabling it . But still no luck .

root> wget http://www.softaculous.com/ip.php; tail -10 ip.php

I had same problem : "Could not load the Unzip Class!
"

I had same result, I try that command :
aquota.group  boot  home      latest.1    media  perl5  sbin    srv  tmpbackup
aquota.user  dev  installd  lib    mnt    proc  scripts  sys  usr
bin          etc  latest    lib64    opt    root  selinux  tmp  var

Sir please try to download the install.sh file again and try to install. It should work then.

If it still does not work please open a support ticket with the root details we will resolve the issue asap.

The reason for this issue could be because the installer file was not downloaded properly.

But Now in WHM - Plugins (Appear 2 menu ) :
Softaculous - Instant Installs
Softaculous - Instant Installs

How to remove one of them

It seems that there are two files i.e. addon_softaculous.cgi and addon_softaculous.php
please delete the addon_softaculous.php at the following path :
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/

If you still face the issue please open a support ticket with the root details of your server we will resolve this for you.
